Legal Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Archedon.com and any purchase you make from Archedon. They are written for customers shopping from the United States, the United Kingdom, and other supported destinations.
Archedon operates the website Archedon.com. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Archedon. Our mailing address is 2232 Dell Range Boulevard, Suite 245 3164, Cheyenne, WY 82009, United States.
You must use the site lawfully and must not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or engage in scraping, fraud, or abusive conduct. You are responsible for keeping your account, billing, and delivery information accurate and current.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it or dispatch it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment or fraud checks fail, delivery details cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect abuse or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment is authorized or collected, we will refund the original payment method.
Prices shown on the site are listed in the currency presented at checkout. For US orders, applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout before payment where required by law. For international orders, import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and similar destination-country charges are the customer's responsibility unless we clearly state otherwise before payment. Exchange-rate or card issuer charges are outside our control.
Our Delivery & Shipping page forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates only unless we expressly guarantee otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address, phone number, and access instructions are complete and correct. Large, fragile, or oversized items may require specialist handling, appointment delivery, or signature on receipt.
Our Returns & Refunds page forms part of these terms. Unused eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to that policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 30 days of delivery with supporting photos. Personalized items, if offered, and items that have been installed, altered, or used are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required by law or the item is faulty.
Products such as sinks, mirrors, vanities, and bathroom hardware should be inspected before installation or use. Because many items are handcrafted, natural, or finished by hand, minor differences in tone, glaze, patina, texture, veining, or dimensions may occur and are not, by themselves, defects. Where professional fitting is appropriate, you are responsible for using a suitably qualified installer and following care and installation guidance.
We may use payment, fraud-prevention, and identity-verification services before accepting or fulfilling an order. If you believe there is a billing issue, missing item, damaged order, or delivery problem, please contact us first so we can review and try to resolve it. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may provide the payment processor or financial institution with order records, tracking information, communications, and other evidence relevant to the transaction.
Except where a warranty, guarantee, or consumer right is expressly required by law, the website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties beyond those that cannot legally be disclaimed, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data. Where permitted by law, our total liability relating to any order will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact us first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. For US customers, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be resolved only on an individual basis through binding arbitration or in a qualifying small-claims court, and not as part of a class, consolidated, collective, or representative proceeding. This section does not apply where arbitration is prohibited by law or where mandatory consumer protections require a different forum.
Except where mandatory consumer law in your country or state of residence applies, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory protections, you may also have the right to rely on those protections and to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
If you need help with an order, return, policy question, or legal notice, please use our contact page or write to Archedon, 2232 Dell Range Boulevard, Suite 245 3164, Cheyenne, WY 82009, United States.
