This page explains when a return is accepted, who pays return shipping, how refunds are issued, and what to do if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You may request a return for an eligible standard item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and protective materials where reasonably possible.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Because many items are fragile, handcrafted, or oversized, returns sent without instructions may be delayed or refused.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, repair guidance, return authorization, collection, or a refund depending on what is appropriate. For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, we cover reasonable return shipping or collection costs where applicable.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. Non-refundable shipping, customs, duties, assembly, or expedited-service charges are refunded only where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest option is usually to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement item you want, unless we agree another solution in writing.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. This includes statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or not-as-described goods under UK law, and any non-waivable rights that may apply under US state law or other local consumer protection laws.
